2020 VENDOR RULES & INFORMATION

The last day for acceptance of vendors is July 17,2020.
If your application is received and we have already reached vendor capacity,
you will be notified and your name placed on a waiting list.
Early registration and payment in full will secure your participation in this event.
We DO NOT offer refunds for cancellations.
Applications that are incomplete or submitted without payment will be returned.
Prior participation does not guarantee you acceptance in 2020.
Booths must be open and manned during the respective event times.
Vendors must keep their respective booth and surrounding areas clean and free of debris.
There are garbage cans available at all events for your use.
Vendors shall possess valid insurance for the duration of Mason County Forest Festival,
which includes from the of time setting up to the break down of booths.
Electrical connections will be available at Loop Field.
Please bring a GFI approved electrical cord of at least 100 feet and indicate your need for electrical power on the application.
There are to be no drugs, alcohol or firearms on these premises.
Vendors shall conduct themselves in a business-like manner.
All vendors will be provided with an ID Pass and it is to be worn during the events by all parties.
Vendors must clearly indicate the item(s) for sale or promotion at the time the application is submitted.
Forest Festival reserves the right to restrict or prohibit the sale or promotion of any item by a vendor not included in the application.
There are no connections for RV’s at any of the event areas (i.e. sewer, water, etc.)
There are reasonably priced area motels available or other areas to accommodate overnight RV visitors.
All food vendors must have a Mason County Food Handler’s permit visible on the premises.
The Mason County Health Department may inspect food vendors for food handling permits,
proper hot/cold holding area temperatures and sanitation.
The Mason County Fire Marshal will inspect ALL vendors prior to the event to ascertain
that you are in compliance with local fire regulations.
An unexpired fire extinguisher capable of dousing grease fires will be required if you use any type of deep-fat fryer.
Event Hours of Operation
Saturday, Aug 1,2020 Loop Field: 10 am to 4 pm- subject to change
Sunday, (No Sunday this year)
Fees must accompany this application and are to be mailed to the address listed on Page 1 of the application, and sent to the attention of the Vendor Chair. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 collection fee.
Mason County Forest Festival does provide overnight security at Loop Field to protect the area from theft & vandalism. We strongly recommend that you do not leave cash, computers, etc. in your booth overnight. We will not be responsible for these items.
Festival staff will be on-hand at Loop Field on Friday afternoon to check you in and provide you with your Event ID. You will then be directed to the area where you will be setting up your booth. Please keep vehicles to the edges of the field, unload and then remove the vehicle as soon as possible. There is street parking available near the field.
Parade vendors will need to pick up a parade route vendor ID at Loop Field. This must be done prior to beginning route sales. These ID’s must be visible on all vendor representatives while selling wares along the parade route.
Once Loop Field is secured for the evening on Friday evening no one will be allowed entry and the area will be monitored by security.
Vendor Booth Set-Up & Removal
Set-up at Loop Field will be on Friday July 31,2020 – between the hours of 5 pm & 7 pm.
You may begin to remove your booth on Saturday – AFTER 4 pm. All vendors must be off the field BY 8 pm.
