2020 Grand Marshal
Darrel Andrews
Darrel is a lifelong Mason County resident and has served as a business owner in Shelton for over 30 years. He is married with 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Darrel’s involvement in Forest Festival began as an elementary-aged student in the 1950’s. From participating in the pageant at Loop Field to serving as a past Forest Festival President, Darrel has been very involved in our great tradition. Darrel and his wife Linda are the creators of a wonderful slideshow containing pictures of all the floats from the very beginning of Forest Festival through today. The slide show is played at Coronation each year. He also has a Forest Festival Button collection that includes the winning button from every year of Forest Festival!
